Internship Roles

Program Development Intern

Join us as a Program Development Intern and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing impactful programs within the Creative & Digital industries. You will collaborate with a seasoned team to:

  • Research industry trends and innovative ideas for sessions, workshops, and panels.
  • Coordinate speakers and manage event logistics.
  • Develop program schedules and session outlines.
  • Deliver presentations and provide on-site event support.
  • Assess session feedback for continuous improvement.


  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a related field or possesses equivalent experience. 
  • Passionate about program management and event organization.
  • Experience in project management within the creative sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite; capable of working under pressure and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for executing engaging and successful events.

Partnership Intern

Are you driven by the excitement of building strategic relationships? As a Partnership Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in broadening our network by identifying and engaging with businesses, campuses, and other potential partnering stakeholders. Your efforts will also focus on managing and nurturing existing partnerships to ensure they are mutually beneficial and sustainable.


  • Establish and actively maintain mutual partnership with sponsors.
  • Keep track of agreed upon value exchanges and reporting.
  • Coordinate the execution of partnership agreements.



  • Identify and develop strategies to connect with targeted campuses and communities.
  • Build and maintain campus partnerships through regular interaction and collaborative projects.
  • Create detailed partnership proposals outlining mutual benefits and responsibilities.



  • Pursuing or completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience with events, sponsorship, and media partnerships.
  • Knowledge of partnership-related regulations and ethical standards.
  • Skilled in creating compelling proposals and presentations.

Marketing & Communication Intern

By joining us as a Marketing & Communication Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where creativity meets strategy. You’ll work alongside our team of experts to craft compelling narratives through content creation, engage our audience across various media platforms, and analyze marketing metrics to drive impactful results.



  • Help develop engaging content for ACE-YS digital communication platforms, including social media, email newsletter, and website.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and manage social media interactions.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies.



  • Support media outreach by identifying relevant journalists and publications.
  • Help develop press releases and media pitches.
  • Assist in coordinating media interviews, maintaining media relationships, and responding to inquiries.
  • Provide logistical support during events and collaborate on strategic communication plans.



  • Pursuing or holding a degree in related fields (i.e. Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing).

  • Previous experience in public relations, media and journalism, or other communication endeavors.

  • Strong interest in media relations with a creative and proactive approach to partnership campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Plus Points If You Are:

  • Familiar with diverse social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Proficient in Google Suite and basic graphic design (e.g., Capcut, Figma, Canva).

  • Experience in content creation using text, images, and video is preferred.
  • Active and knowledgeable in social media and digital marketing trends.
  • Capable of multimedia copywriting and creative thinking.

Location & Working Days

Join our team in Jakarta, where both our office and the ACE-YS event are situated.

As an intern, you’ll spend at least three days per week working from our office, contributing to impactful projects in the creative and digital industries. The schedule is five days per week, offering ample opportunities for growth and learning. We’re seeking individuals who are digitally savvy, organized, eager to learn, and take initiative to make a difference.
