ACE-YS Creative Catalyst 2024 Insights Report

New Waves from the SEA: Ignite Ideas and Unlock Youth Creative Potentials

The 2023 United Nations (UN) resolution on the creative economy is significant for recognizing the vital role that creativity plays in sustainable development, economic growth, and cultural dialogue.

Providing a bright outlook for the creative economy to flourish, youth will be at the forefront of this sector as it has low barriers to entry and has proven to be resilient, especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, young people have become a vital part that needs to be included in the discussions of the future of the global creative economy.

The Asian Creative and Digital Youth Summit
(ACE-YS) as a platform aims to empower young Asian creatives by giving them a voice and the tools needed to navigate and thrive in this dynamic landscape.

Through various initiatives, ACE-YS facilitates networking opportunities, skills development, and access to resources that enable youth to harness their creativity for economic gain and societal impact. This year, ACE-YS focuses on building networks and bridge conversations between experts in the creative and digital economy field, opening doors to funding opportunities and developing an action plan to be adapted by various key stakeholders in the sector.

The ACE-YS Creative Catalyst 2024 Insights Report
